Passionfruit Daiquiri
Shake together with cubed ice the pulp of 1 passionfruit, 50ml El Dorado Superior Gold Rum, 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice and 15ml sugar syrup. Double strain into a pre-chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime twist.
